Title : Immortality Made Easy: Everything You Always Wanted to Know about Wills, Trusts, Probate, Marriage and Foundations
Author : Paul Rampell
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : This is an awesome book.
This is an awesome book. The author makes fun of wills and death. It is like a book in the "Dummies" series, since it is written in easy english. I recommend it to anyone who is beginning their last will and testament. Rampell's humor is self-deprecating ---- lots of lawyer jokes.

Title : Equity and Trusts (Nutshells S.)
Author : Angela Sydenham
Rating : 3 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Good, but needs updating due to the Third Party Rights Act
The Nutshell books are good revision aids, but it is not helpful when they do not keep up with the current position regarding the law.
The introduction of the Third Party Contract Rights Act has fundamental implications on this area of law. If it is being taught and examined upon, then the publisher needs to update this book.

Title : Land Law (Butterworths Core Texts S.)
Author : K.J. Gray
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Wonderful Book
I brought this book when I was studying land law last year when at the time I was probably going to get a 3rd in the unit because I found all other land law books so difficult to understand.
This book is simplified but with enough depth to cover it perfectly and it demonstrates case law and statutory authority very clearly. I read this a month before my exam and went up two grades as I suddenly understood everything.
This book is honestly one of the best law books I have ever read, and the chapters are so well structured that they even demonstrate to you how best to view that legal problems, which is very good for problems and essay questions.
If I were to start my course again I would but this book and read it before lectures as you can't get anything clearer.

Title : The Self-help Guide to Managing Death and Probate: Manage the Legal and Financial Side of Death Yourself
Author : Gordon Bowley
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Quality Book
This book, which is easy to read, is a practical guide which sets out and explains in chronological order what needs to be done following a death.
It tells you exactly what to do, how to do it, when you might need professional help and comes equipped with specimen letters, useful addresses and a full index. All in all it is excellent value for money and the author is obviously a master of his subject.

Title : The 60 Minute Estate Planner: Fast and Easy Illustrated Plans to Save Taxes, Avoid Probate and Maximise Inheritance
Author : Sandy Kraemer
Rating : 3 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Complete summary, but little practical information
Sandy seems to cover all the bases, but the language is a bit too dense for the beginning reader, and there is little to no practical information about how to deal with a trust/trustee once the program is implemented. For example, how does a trust limit ones freedom of action wrt ones assets, before the first death as well as after. After reading, I still couldn't decide if I wanted a trust or not.
