Information about benefactor executor will online

Making a will is something that, because of the reason why we need to do it, is something that is easily put off - yet can lead to huge problems with probate if you don't write one in time.

Writing a last will and testament (to use the proper phrase for it) isn't as complicated as it used to be, and there are now many places online why you can write a legal DIY one!

Title : Land Law (Nutshell S.)
Author : William Howarth
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Excellent Book for an Overview of Land Law

This book gives the reader a detailed overview of Land Law. It's an excellent prep tool for tutorials, but it really shines when used for revision. It covers all the main areas providing supporting cases and giving the key points to know for the exams. This book is a must that can be built on during the year, and used as a succinct and relevant refresher nearer exam time. Buy It - you won't be sorry.

Title : The Self-help Guide to Managing Death and Probate: Manage the Legal and Financial Side of Death Yourself
Author : Gordon Bowley
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Death Probate - a self help guide

Simple and practical guide to an extremely complex and emotive subject. It will certainly assist an individual to deal with a simple estate without using the services of a solicitor. The example letters at the back are straightforward and easy to adapt. The writer clearly has used his lengthy experience in this area of the law to excellent effect for the benefit of people who do not possess his legal knowledge and expertise in such matters. Well done Mr. Bowley

Title : 60 Minute Estate Planner Rev Expand B/CD: Fast Easy Illustrated Plans to Save Taxes, Avoid Probate and Maximize Inheritance
Author : Sandy F Kraemer
Rating : 3 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Complete summary, but little practical information

Sandy seems to cover all the bases, but the language is a bit too dense for the beginning reader, and there is little to no practical information about how to deal with a trust/trustee once the program is implemented. For example, how does a trust limit ones freedom of action wrt ones assets, before the first death as well as after. After reading, I still couldn't decide if I wanted a trust or not.

Title : The Law of Trusts and Equitable Obligations
Author : Robert A. Pearce
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : A pleasure to read - detailed and well researched

I honestly believe that those who gave this book a bad review are either (a) not very bright and/or (b) have never actually read the book itself.

It is a well written and lucid book that was researched with vigour.

The book covers the essentials of Trust law.
1. A history of Equity
2. Certainty (of intention, subject matter and objects)
3. Formalities and Constitution
4. Purpose trusts (e.g. trusts for a charity)
5. Resulting and constructive trusts
6. Trustees powers and duties
7. Liability for breach of trusts
8. Tracing

I have read the whole book, and (I know most law students will find this hard to believe) I really did enjoy it.
It flows well, and I read 100 pages with ease.
It was my recommended textbook and I am glad it was.

There are a few typos (pages 397, 541, 512, 635)but who really cares?

I think this book, now in its third edition has an excellent balance between facts, cases, principles and criticism.

Furthermore it is easy to understand.

Ignore the bad reviews, they are absolutely wrong.

Title : The Law of Trusts and Equitable Obligations
Author : Robert A. Pearce
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Perfect book for your Trusts module.

This book is excellent. The best result I got in any module was in Equity and Trusts, and it is largely due to this book. It is written in a very clear and concise way, with plenty of examples from cases to back up all the points made. Also useful are the diagrams to show how the more akward trusts are set up. The index is very thorough; you can find the information you need in seconds. This, I find, is not always the case with law textbooks. Choosing the "right" textbook is often a matter of taste, but this one is something of a bible to the law students I know.

Title : The Law of Trusts (Butterworths Core Texts S.)
Author : J.E. Penner
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Excellent analysis and very useful

This is a clear and informative guide to the law of trusts that is written in a far more accessible style than most trusts textbooks.

The night before my Equity exam at university, I glanced through this book (in quite a state of desperation!) and found clear, concise explanations to several concepts I had been unable to fathom all year. For a full explanation of the law, you may wish to turn to a weightier tome, but if you want to understand the key principles of trusts at degree level and have a reasonably short time to do it in, this probably your best option - it has just about the right level of detail to help you get to grips with stuff you will hopefully have time to read in more detail later...

Penner's style makes the book both straightforward and interesting (not an easy task when dealing with this area of the law!) and puts this text in the realms of the very, very useful.

Title : The Self-help Guide to Managing Death and Probate: Manage the Legal and Financial Side of Death Yourself
Author : Gordon Bowley
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Quality Book

This book, which is easy to read, is a practical guide which sets out and explains in chronological order what needs to be done following a death.

It tells you exactly what to do, how to do it, when you might need professional help and comes equipped with specimen letters, useful addresses and a full index. All in all it is excellent value for money and the author is obviously a master of his subject.
