This book is well written in an entertaining style and makes it easy to prepare an Enduring Power of Attorney that enables you to decide who will take control. Everybody responsible enough to write a will should also write an EPA. It is easy and, other than the cost of the book, free. Don't delay.
But this book is NOT good for rush revision before exam as too many details. Overall, it is a book that a law student must read if you want to get the best, the deepest picture of trust law.
