This book is extremely helpful for the basics of the subject. The case law is helpful as it provides all of the leading cases in the main study areas. Unfortunately, it doesn't cover the new Land Registration Act which is now a major part of the course. Other than that, the book is excellent for revision in those weeks before exams!

Summary : Equity follows the law.
This is an excellent book for those who are willing to know about some of the most important institutions within Equity in Law. Right now there's no flat distinction as between Equity and Common Law. What it is true is that in order to know the law you have got to know both, as you may use equity in case common law does not provide an appropriate solution.
This is a must read for those involved in law and certainly to smart people, hungry of knowledge.

Summary : Simple to Use
The pack arrives with a CD and a booklet on what is required. I found the booklet useful in determining what I needed to do and on the CD are all the forms that are required to make up your will. I should imagine the size of your estate will determine how comlex your will could be. For me this will do the job without the professional fees that could be incurred.

Summary : This book is terrific for the layperson. Highly recommended.
After reading Abts book on the Living Trust, I followed the author's recommendations, collected ALL pertinent documents and now they are in one place. If you want peace of mind regarding how to protect your assets, this book is the one to guide you through the process. It is a priceless reference source on an on-going basis. The book is straight-forward, well written, easy to understand and follow; I highly recommend it.

Summary : Excellent for the struggling student!
I myself was struggling to come to grips with this area of law until my tutor recommended this book to me. The book is excellent - it is well written in an easy to understand format and goes through each major topic area in steps with activities and questions along the way. I would definitely recommend this to anyone else having problems.
