You can find much of the information in the Florida statutes, but this is much more readable and it also coordinates and organizes its information better. It is more of an outline than a treatise, but if you need a treatise you need a lawyer, not this book. It serves the purpose for which it was designed well.

this is a good all round guide to drafting wills and dealing with the difficult task of what to do after a death in terms of winding up an estate. It doesn't go into very complex will drafting but in that instance as the book suggests you would really need to get a solicitor involved. However, it does allow you to draft most types of wills and certainly explains the proceedure following death in a clear and concise manner.

It includes useful commentary, without yet going into futile and long discussions. I would really recommend this book to every law student. It is a guarantee of success in this subject of law.
