Information about attorney guide power probate will online
Making a will is something that, because of the reason why we need to do it, is something that is easily put off - yet can lead to huge problems with probate if you don't write one in time.
Writing a last will and testament (to use the proper phrase for it) isn't as complicated as it used to be, and there are now many places online why you can write a legal DIY one!
Title : Trusts and Equity (Foundation Studies in Law S.) Author : Richard Edwards Rating : 4 Stars out of 5. Summary : Straightforward and easy to read
This is one of best textbooks on trusts and equity that I have found. Designed specifically for postgradute and first time law students, it is accessible and uncomplicated. The case law it includes is relevant and very up to date. Perhaps a little too uncritical with regards to cases, and any serious student will need to supplement it with casebooks and further reading, but it is an excellent book for anybody struggling to get to grips with trusts. It gives a good, basic background on any equity topic. If only all law textbooks were as readable as this!
Title : Understanding Equity and Trusts Law Author : Alastair Hudson Rating : 5 Stars out of 5. Summary : a good book to start with!!!
This book provides a very good basic on Trust Law. It is easy to understand and good for revision before examination. Better treat it as a sort of nutshell. Read this book as a basic and search more other books for essay writing and deeper understanding. Overall, this book is a very very good book for a general picture. I highly recommend it!!
Title : Immortality Made Easy: Everything You Always Wanted to Know about Wills, Trusts, Probate, Marriage and Foundations Author : Paul Rampell Rating : 5 Stars out of 5. Summary : This answers all the basic questions for $10. A bargain!
This is the primer for beginning the estate planning process. If you love your money and want to be educated before hiring estate planning lawyers, this book is for you. Rampell is clear and humorous. He gives you the concepts without the migraine. The book is a great value.
Title : Principles of Equity and the Law of Trusts (Principles of Law S.) Author : Alastair Hudson Rating : 4 Stars out of 5. Summary : Comedy Genius
Briefly: Hudson's summaries at the beginning and end of each chapter are concise and comprehendable - a good starting point for seminar preparation or revision. His comedy comments (on various topics such as Sunderland Football club and Eddie Izzard) will also help to keep your spirits up. Hudson makes a tough subject slightly less daunting...
Title : Last Will and Testament Kit Author : Rating : 4 Stars out of 5. Summary : A very useful product
My wife and I decided that we needed to make our wills, however morbid as this process can seem, once it is done one can rest assured that things are taken care of. It doesn't take long in comparative terms and if you can steel yourself to do it it brings a lot of peace of mind. This kit is extremely helpful and cuts the cost considerably. A reviewer has said that it is too basic - well, it must have been improved since then (which was in 2002) because we found it contained everything we needed. The instructions are clear to follow and the forms clearly set out. Will storage is also offered at a very competitive rate. All in all we found this extremely helpful in what can be a tricky task.
Title : Wills and Probate: How to Make a Will and How to Administer the Estate of Someone Who Has Died, with or without Employing a Solicitor (Which? Consumer Guides) Author : Consumers' Association Rating : 4 Stars out of 5. Summary : General information but lacking in detail
This guide devotes 20% of its pages to writing a will and 80% to dealing with someones estate after their death. It covers all of the main areas such as inheritance tax, trusts, intestacy, guardianship, joint ownership etc. This book covers some of the differences between England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
As far as writing a will is concerned, the book provides inadequate information to do it properly by yourself but does give you all of the questions that you need to think about. As such, I would recommend this book to someone to read before seeing the solicitor.
