Title : Last Will and Testament Kit
Author :
Rating : 4 Stars out of 5.
Summary : A very useful product
My wife and I decided that we needed to make our wills, however morbid as this process can seem, once it is done one can rest assured that things are taken care of. It doesn't take long in comparative terms and if you can steel yourself to do it it brings a lot of peace of mind. This kit is extremely helpful and cuts the cost considerably. A reviewer has said that it is too basic - well, it must have been improved since then (which was in 2002) because we found it contained everything we needed. The instructions are clear to follow and the forms clearly set out. Will storage is also offered at a very competitive rate. All in all we found this extremely helpful in what can be a tricky task.

Title : Wills and Probate
Author :
Rating : 4 Stars out of 5.
Summary : General information but lacking in detail
This guide devotes 20% of its pages to writing a will and 80% to dealing with someones estate after their death. It covers all of the main areas such as inheritance tax, trusts, intestacy, guardianship, joint ownership etc. This book covers some of the differences between England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
As far as writing a will is concerned, the book provides inadequate information to do it properly by yourself but does give you all of the questions that you need to think about. As such, I would recommend this book to someone to read before seeing the solicitor.

Title : The Living Trust: Failproof Way to Pass Along Your Estate to Your Heirs Without Lawyers, Courts, or the Probate System
Author : Henry W. Abts
Rating : 2 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Not a "How to" book; too many words, too little said.
17 chapters, over 350 pages discussing the importance/advantage of Living Trust over Will. Little on how to draw up a living trust except some blank forms to help organize your assests. Although covers touts not needing a lawyer, bottom line message - buy my book, organize your information and hire a lawyer(me, if possible) to prepare the living trust. Look elsewhere for detail information unless you want stuff not fluff.

All Muslims need to have made a will for themselves according to Islamic Law and this book provides not only a clear andetailed outline on how to write an Islamic will thats valid under English Law it also provides a pull out and fill in will form for you to use immeidiately. Author : Gudrun M. Nickel
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : The Best and Simplest to Use on How to Probate an Estate
How to Probate an Estate in Florida is bar far the best, most comprehensive and simplest manual for the layman and lawyer alike. Ms. Nickel has very carefully studied the provisions of The Florida Probate Code and The Florida Rules of Probate Procedure and presented critical, vital information to her readers. In addition, Ms. Nickel has developed easy-to-use and time-tested forms, keyed to the relevant provisions of Florida Probate Law, that are extremely useful to lawyers, heirs, executors of estates and trustees.

Title : Immortality Made Easy: Everything You Always Wanted to Know about Wills, Trusts, Probate, Marriage and Foundations
Author : Paul Rampell
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : This is an awesome book.
This is an awesome book. The author makes fun of wills and death. It is like a book in the "Dummies" series, since it is written in easy english. I recommend it to anyone who is beginning their last will and testament. Rampell's humor is self-deprecating ---- lots of lawyer jokes.
