Information about executor function will will online

Making a will is something that, because of the reason why we need to do it, is something that is easily put off - yet can lead to huge problems with probate if you don't write one in time.

Writing a last will and testament (to use the proper phrase for it) isn't as complicated as it used to be, and there are now many places online why you can write a legal DIY one!

Title : The Living Trust: Failproof Way to Pass Along Your Estate to Your Heirs Without Lawyers, Courts, or the Probate System
Author : Henry W. Abts
Rating : 2 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Not a "How to" book; too many words, too little said.

17 chapters, over 350 pages discussing the importance/advantage of Living Trust over Will. Little on how to draw up a living trust except some blank forms to help organize your assests. Although covers touts not needing a lawyer, bottom line message - buy my book, organize your information and hire a lawyer(me, if possible) to prepare the living trust. Look elsewhere for detail information unless you want stuff not fluff.

Title : Land Law (Nutshell S.)
Author : William Howarth
Rating : 3 Stars out of 5.
Summary : College of Law student

This book is extremely helpful for the basics of the subject. The case law is helpful as it provides all of the leading cases in the main study areas. Unfortunately, it doesn't cover the new Land Registration Act which is now a major part of the course. Other than that, the book is excellent for revision in those weeks before exams!

Title : Land Law (Butterworths Core Texts S.)
Author : K.J. Gray
Rating : 4 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Butterworths core test on land law (2nd series)

Really good book and I found it easy to understand and it made land law as entertaining as it could be. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone doing a land law module!!!

Title : Understanding Equity and Trusts Law
Author : Alastair Hudson
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : a good book to start with!!!

This book provides a very good basic on Trust Law. It is easy to understand and good for revision before examination. Better treat it as a sort of nutshell. Read this book as a basic and search more other books for essay writing and deeper understanding. Overall, this book is a very very good book for a general picture. I highly recommend it!!

Title : The Living Trust: The Failproof Way to Pass Along Your Estate to Your Heirs Without Lawyers, Courts or the Probate System
Author : Henry W. Abts
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : This book is terrific for the layperson. Highly recommended.

After reading Abts book on the Living Trust, I followed the author's recommendations, collected ALL pertinent documents and now they are in one place. If you want peace of mind regarding how to protect your assets, this book is the one to guide you through the process. It is a priceless reference source on an on-going basis. The book is straight-forward, well written, easy to understand and follow; I highly recommend it.

Title : Trusts Law: Text and Materials (Law in Context S.)
Author : Graham Moffat
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Moffat Equity and Trusts

This book is extremely accessible and makes an extremely hard topic in law a great deal easier to understand. The writer avoids fancy words, which can often be confusing, and sticks to the relevant information which results in commendable clarity.

This book was a great help to me during the second year of my law degree and I would recommend it to any undergraduate.
