Title : Riddall: the Law of Trusts (Law in Context Series)
Author : John G. MA Riddall
Rating : 3 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Good introduction guide to Trust Law

Riddall's Trust Law is one of the simplest guide to the the subject. The words are clear, the format is structured and organized. I would recommend students of Trust Law to buy this book. However, his book is quite out-dated since the latest edition is published in 1996. Also, it lacks sufficient information of family home issues and proprietary estoppel.

Title : How to Probate an Estate in Florida: With Forms
Author :
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : The Best and Simplest to Use on How to Probate an Estate

How to Probate an Estate in Florida is bar far the best, most comprehensive and simplest manual for the layman and lawyer alike. Ms. Nickel has very carefully studied the provisions of The Florida Probate Code and The Florida Rules of Probate Procedure and presented critical, vital information to her readers. In addition, Ms. Nickel has developed easy-to-use and time-tested forms, keyed to the relevant provisions of Florida Probate Law, that are extremely useful to lawyers, heirs, executors of estates and trustees.

How to Probate an Estate in Florida is a much better value than many other books dealing with Florida Probate Law. Further, Ms. Nickel is not only an experienced attorney, but a very caring advocate. Her experience in consumer law, mortgage foreclosure defense and probate law is just great! She has no equals!

In my opinion, when it comes to How to Probate an Estate in Florida, I would say: Buy it; read it; and use it. You'll be glad you did!

Title : The Living Trust: The Failproof Way to Pass Along Your Estate to Your Heirs Without Lawyers, Courts or the Probate System
Author : Henry W. Abts
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : This book is terrific for the layperson. Highly recommended.

After reading Abts book on the Living Trust, I followed the author's recommendations, collected ALL pertinent documents and now they are in one place. If you want peace of mind regarding how to protect your assets, this book is the one to guide you through the process. It is a priceless reference source on an on-going basis. The book is straight-forward, well written, easy to understand and follow; I highly recommend it.

Title : Immortality Made Easy: Everything You Always Wanted to Know about Wills, Trusts, Probate, Marriage and Foundations
Author : Paul Rampell
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Estate planning for the rest of us. Clear, concise witty.

This is the Harold and Maud of estate planning. A book about planning your own death that will make you laugh and that you can cuddle up to like a good novel.

Paul Rampell's Immortality Made Easy may be the first book on estate planning written by an attorney with a sense of humor. It is cartoon-simple and filled with heart. Every page speaks to the real concerns about planning for loved ones that most of us harbor, but never fully address. It brings a complex area of law to a human level. Halos to Immortality Made Easy.
