Title : Trusts Law: Text and Materials (Law in Context S.)
Author : Graham Moffat
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : The most readable textbook on equity and trusts.

This is an excellent text dealing with the difficult and often dry area of equity and trusts. The book puts this area of law in context and so enables the student to understand the importance of the principles which are considered. In this respect it is preferable to a lot of other textbooks on the subject which deal with the issues in a much more dry manner. Although the book is "student friendly" it maintains a good level of academic depth. A wide selection of cases and materials are included. It should be suitable as a textbook for many courses on Equity and Trusts as it deals with a wide range of topics. It is highly recommended, in particular for those who are struggling with more traditional textbooks.

Title : Last Will Testament Kit
Author :
Rating : 4 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Simple to Use

The pack arrives with a CD and a booklet on what is required. I found the booklet useful in determining what I needed to do and on the CD are all the forms that are required to make up your will. I should imagine the size of your estate will determine how comlex your will could be. For me this will do the job without the professional fees that could be incurred.

Title : The 60 Minute Estate Planner: Fast and Easy Illustrated Plans to Save Taxes, Avoid Probate and Maximise Inheritance
Author : Sandy Kraemer

Summary : 60 MINUTE ESTATE PLANNER IS A HOME RUN FOR THE CONSUMER

SANDY KRAEMER HAS TAKEN A VERY C0MPLEX SUBJECT AND MADE IT EASILY UNDERSTANDABLE. A PRACTICAL HANDS ON BOOK I WILL USE OFTEN , AND RECOMMEND TO CLIENTS. MARVIN STRAIT CPA PAST CHAIRMAN OF THE AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS

Title : Wills, Administration and Taxation: A Practical Guide
Author : John; King Barlow
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : An invaluable reference book

I am a professional Will Writer and whenever I am stuck I can turn to my good old Barlow, King and King for the answer. It has yet to be beaten. The index is comprehensive and imaginatively laid out and the paragraph numbering make it an easy book to get around.
