Information about free will and determinism online
Making a will is something that, because of the reason why we need to do it, is something that is easily put off - yet can lead to huge problems with probate if you don't write one in time.
Writing a last will and testament (to use the proper phrase for it) isn't as complicated as it used to be, and there are now many places online why you can write a legal DIY one!

Title : Equity and Trusts (Nutshells S.) Author : Angela Sydenham Rating : 3 Stars out of 5. Summary : Good, but needs updating due to the Third Party Rights Act
The Nutshell books are good revision aids, but it is not helpful when they do not keep up with the current position regarding the law.
The introduction of the Third Party Contract Rights Act has fundamental implications on this area of law. If it is being taught and examined upon, then the publisher needs to update this book.
Title : Where There's a Will...: A Guide for the Executor or Administrator of the Estate of a Decendent Author : F. William, Jr. Bauers Rating : 5 Stars out of 5. Summary : This book is an excellent resource and easy to use.
Although I have not yet been the executor of an estate, someday I will be required to perform the duties of one. I plan to use this book as my guide. When my husband and I set up our estate, Where There's a Will...provided useful information for the direction of our own executor. Legal information for the lay person is frequently written in a dry or boring style, but this author is interesting and readable. It's difficult to think about the death of our loved ones. Painful as it can be we need to be prepared to carry out their final wishes. A resource like this will provide answers to confusing questions during what can be an overwhelming time of life.
Title : The Complete Book of Trusts Author : Martin Shenkman Rating : 5 Stars out of 5. Summary : Excellent!!!
The Cmplete Book of Trusts is an excellent reference for general knowledge about a very cmplex subject! I highly recommend this book to anyone with a need to know. This author has managed to take the "legal" language and break it down into understandable English!
Title : Principles of Equity and the Law of Trusts (Principles of Law S.) Author : Alastair Hudson Rating : 5 Stars out of 5. Summary : excellent book- recommended reading for any law student
I completely agree with the previous review. The main points are well explained and succinct. The book will help any law student to understand the difficult and complicated nature of the law of Trusts. Having had the chance to read sections of other books, I found this one by far the easiest to understand. The writing style is clear and concise without being over elaborate and confusing. It is an excellent law textbook and I highly recommend it to any law student.
Title : Trusts Law: Text and Materials (Law in Context S.) Author : Graham Moffat Rating : 5 Stars out of 5. Summary : excellent book that must read!!!
This book is very good with loads of detail case laws , well argued points and some very good brain- storming questions. VERY suitable for deeper understanding.
But this book is NOT good for rush revision before exam as too many details. Overall, it is a book that a law student must read if you want to get the best, the deepest picture of trust law.
