Title : Hanbury and Martin: Modern Equity (International Student Edition)
Author : Jill Martin
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Equity follows the law.
This is an excellent book for those who are willing to know about some of the most important institutions within Equity in Law. Right now there's no flat distinction as between Equity and Common Law. What it is true is that in order to know the law you have got to know both, as you may use equity in case common law does not provide an appropriate solution.
This is a must read for those involved in law and certainly to smart people, hungry of knowledge.

Title : Cases and Materials on Equity and Trusts
Author : Paul Todd
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : An excellent book
This is an excellent book. I would advise that it should be used in conjunction with a "heavier-weight" textbook, such as Hanbury Martin; but as a cases and materials book, it is well worth investigating.

Title : French Property and Inheritance Law: Principles and Practice
Author : Henry Dyson
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : comments of john boyd qc
An excellent book for the practitioner and for those who take an informed interest in the subject.
The material is clearly set out and indexed. Though it deals with a technical subject it is expressed in a manner which can be understood by the layman.
UK lawyers and UK owners of property in France would be well advised to consult this book before embarking on a transaction. It is unlikely that a UK owner of property in France, or his UK lawyer, will get such helpful advice from any lawyer in France. I know of no other book which is so informative.

Title : How to Probate an Estate in Florida: With Forms (Legal Survival Guides)
Author : Gudrun M. Nickel
Rating : 4 Stars out of 5.
Summary : A good, simple introduction to Florida probate options
This is a good simple overview of Florida probate law, with useful checklists to make sure you do not overlook the obvious. You can find much of the information in the Florida statutes, but this is much more readable and it also coordinates and organizes its information better. It is more of an outline than a treatise, but if you need a treatise you need a lawyer, not this book. It serves the purpose for which it was designed well.
