Information about executor will online

Making a will is something that, because of the reason why we need to do it, is something that is easily put off - yet can lead to huge problems with probate if you don't write one in time.

Writing a last will and testament (to use the proper phrase for it) isn't as complicated as it used to be, and there are now many places online why you can write a legal DIY one!

Title : Principles of Equity and the Law of Trusts (Principles of Law S.)
Author : Alastair Hudson
Rating : 4 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Comedy Genius

Briefly: Hudson's summaries at the beginning and end of each chapter are concise and comprehendable - a good starting point for seminar preparation or revision. His comedy comments (on various topics such as Sunderland Football club and Eddie Izzard) will also help to keep your spirits up. Hudson makes a tough subject slightly less daunting...

Title : The Law of Trusts and Equitable Obligations
Author : Robert A. Pearce
Rating : 2 Stars out of 5.
Summary : A textbook you would hate to be using

This textbook is very little value for money. It is the sort of book you would at best avoid to read. It really does not break the subject down in any logical manner and adds confusion with its obscure diagramms occasionally attempting to explain concepts to the reader. The only worthwile bit of the text book is the introductory part outlining the history of equitable jurisprudence. But quite frankly, for everyhing else you would be well advised to use another book. Its extremely small print and typo problems are additional factors you might want to bear in mind before buying this book.

Title : Equity and Trusts (Nutshells S.)
Author : Angela Sydenham
Rating : 4 Stars out of 5.
Summary : A review of the Nutshells book on Equity and Trusts

I would definitely recommend this book to all those who are studying Equity. Unlike many legal text books, this one is written is such a way that it accessible to all, both the beginner and those who wish to clarify points on equity that they have studied. It provides the reader with a common sense approach to equity and while it can sometimes simplify some points of law, it generally provides a sufficiently detailed explanation of Equity and helps the reader to better understand this difficult subject. Another advantage to this book is that it does not saturate the reader with endless lists of cases, instead concentrating on the most important cases and providing explanations of all necessary facts in an accessible manner. In order for this book to be used as an easy reference guide while studying, the index is clear yet sufficiently detailed enabling you to find certain aspects of this area of law quickly and easily. In conclusion, this book is ideal as both a study guide and those who simply have an interest in the subject. While perhaps not detailed enough to be used as a textbook on its own, it provides a great reference point for any law student at an affordable and extremely reasonable price.

Title : Trusts Law: Text and Materials (Law in Context S.)
Author : Graham Moffat
Rating : 5 Stars out of 5.
Summary : The most readable textbook on equity and trusts.

This is an excellent text dealing with the difficult and often dry area of equity and trusts. The book puts this area of law in context and so enables the student to understand the importance of the principles which are considered. In this respect it is preferable to a lot of other textbooks on the subject which deal with the issues in a much more dry manner. Although the book is "student friendly" it maintains a good level of academic depth. A wide selection of cases and materials are included. It should be suitable as a textbook for many courses on Equity and Trusts as it deals with a wide range of topics. It is highly recommended, in particular for those who are struggling with more traditional textbooks.

Title : Trusts (Nutshell S.)
Author : Angela Sydenham
Rating : 3 Stars out of 5.
Summary : Good, but needs updating due to the Third Party Rights Act

The Nutshell books are good revision aids, but it is not helpful when they do not keep up with the current position regarding the law.

The introduction of the Third Party Contract Rights Act has fundamental implications on this area of law. If it is being taught and examined upon, then the publisher needs to update this book.

Title : Tolley's Pension Fund Trustee Handbook
Author : Roger Self
Rating : 3 Stars out of 5.
Summary : The standard book for the PMI certificate - needs an update

Tolley's Pension Fund Trustee Handbook is just one of the many books written and edited by Roger Self on the subject of pensions. It is specially geared towards the lay trustee wanting to acquire more expertise in this ever more complicated area . For this purpose, it remains the absolute standard and none of its completitors get anywhere near in terms of clarity. However, the book badly needs an up-date and this might be used as an occasion to broaden the scope of the book to make more useful in general.
